FAILURE TO SHOW FEE:  50% of scheduled appointment.  

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS of SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT:  50% scheduled appointment

No-show appointments will result in less approved booking and required full prepayment before every following appointment. 

This keeps late notice cancellations to a minimum and prices competitive. Thank you in advance for understanding.


Your comfort is very important to us! Being able to relax mentally strongly influences your ability to relax physically. You are welcomed to leave on or take off basic under garments- whatever enables you to be most at peace on the massage table. Most of our clients prefer to take off all of their basic under garments, but this not required at Stillwater Massage.  


If this is your first appointment with Stillwater Massage we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to fill out our Client Intake Form. Otherwise, we find that showing up 5 minutes before your appointment is a proper amount of time to keep us on our tight schedule. 

*Thank you staying in your car until receiving a text that the room has been sanitized and the therapist is ready to welcome you.

We love and appreciate employers & office managers who wish to gift their staff chair massage! During the busy season (June-September) we do not offer Travel Chair Massage but would be happy to in the off season. Please email us at info@stillwatermassagetherapies.com if you would like to treat your staff. 


Yes! We require Credit Card information when you book your appointment online regardless if you have a gift certificate or not. Your Credit Card will only be charged if: 

1). Failure to show to appointment 

2). If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. 

(See Cancellation Policy above). 


This protects your Massage Therapist's time, respects fellow clients who are in need of body work, and helps us keep our rates competitive. 


We do not have access to your CC information when you book online. 


Each of our therapists accepts Cash, Card, Check and Venmo. 


  • Each therapist is responsible for taking their tempearture before conducting massages every day. We will contact our clients as soon as possible if we are feeling unwell, are experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19,  and/or have a fever. Your time and health is extremely important to us!
  • Each therapist will wear a mask throughout the entire appointment if requested by client. 
  • Clients are asked to wait in their cars until receiving a text that the room has been sanitized and the therapist is ready to receive new clients. 
  • Face masks are provided for clients who do not have one available to them. 
  • Hand Sanitizer is provided in the office and treatment room for clients. There is also a bathroom in the hallway for clients to wash hands with soap and water before appointment.
  • HEPA Air Purifier is stationed in the treatment room. 
  • Weather permitting, windows will be opened to provide increased air circulation.  
  • Appointments cancelled 24 hours before before scheduled appointment due to COVID related symptoms will not be charged a cancellation fee.
