Book a session of stretches to improve range of motion by decreasing tension and improving mobility. These sessions will be individually designed with assisted stretches that work with your specific needs and goals. During this session please wear clean and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. An example would be gym shorts with underwear and a comfortable T-shirt or tank top. Compression shorts are also acceptable, please make sure they are closed fly with opaque material.

This one-on-one session utilizes various soft tissue release and activation techniques, such as massage, myofascial release, stretching, and corrective exercise to address pain and joint dysfunction. These sessions can be targeted towards a specific joint need or can be used to reduce general tightness and movement limitations. These sessions can also be a great way to create a self-administered stretching and movement routine to get moving or to keep moving.
